Specialist, People Development (TTSH/CHI)

The candidate will help build capabilities and elevate the potential of the healthcare workforce of the future, by developing and delivering capability development programs. These programs will equip healthcare staff with the requisite skills, knowledge, capabilities to deliver better healthcare.

Responsibilities

1. Develop and deliver skills-based and people capabilities training programs.
2. Perform learning needs analysis with stakeholders and recommend development interventions.
3. Set up learning frameworks; propose high-quality interventions to support Organisational Health and Excellence.
4. Ensure training materials and curriculum are updated on a timely manner to align with the latest clinical/operational practices, and with latest learning development trends and best practices.
5. Develop and launch Train-the-trainer programmes.
6. Perform pre and post training activities (e.g. training reports, post-course evaluation)
7. Monitor and review training programme effectiveness and return on investment periodically and produce learning reports.
8. Source, evaluate and adopt digital learning tools and software.
9. Support the development and implementation of transformation projects within CHI, to advance CHI’s organisational excellence to better deliver its mission.

Requirements

1. Degree in related fields (business, education, technology, or healthcare).
2. Full certification in WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training & Assessment (ACTA)/Advanced Certificate in Learning & Performance (ACLP).
3. Minimum 8 years of experience in delivering stand-up classroom training in any industry.
4. Confident and effective presentation, training delivery and facilitation skills.
5. Skilled in driving influence and building rapport with decision makers across all levels.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office/365 applications – Word / Excel / TEAMS / OneDrive.
7. Competent in learning content authoring tools – Microsoft Powerpoint / Articulate 360.
