Service Ambassador (Ward Visitor Registration/ Information)

Challenge

You will be required to engage with our visitors proactively and faciltate their visits to the in-patient wards by explaining the visiting policy and guiding them through the self-help registration process at the kiosks or at the registration counters.  

 

You will also be required to attend to visitors' enquiries and handle complaints including escalation and denial for entry after visiting hours. 

 

In addition, you will need to attend to wayfinding & general enquiries from public and patients within the Healthcity Novena Campus.  At times, you may also be required to provide assistance to patients at the various main entrances. 

 

 

Requirement

  • NITEC / Higher NITEC / Diploma in Service Skills
  • Service-oriented with a passion to serve
  • Proficient in computer applications (e.g. MS Office Applications)
  • Comfortable to perform staggering shift (between 7.45am and 9.00pm), including weekends and Public Holiday. 5 days work week.
  • 1 year customer service experience in fast paced work environment preferred
