Job Description:

Working in a multi-disciplinary team, you will be involved in help drive the management of the operations to deliver the clinical department’s shared goal and overall strategic objectives.

, generating performance reports, managing and reporting administrative functions as well

Job Responsibilities:

1. To assist in the planning, development, evaluation and implementation of clinical services and programmes
2. Ensure compliance to the standards of operations
3. Drive the administrative functions supporting the clinical departments
4. Conduct periodic reviews and updates of existing procedures and policies to improve the efficiency in service delivery and quality improvement
5. Manage and report administrative functions
6. Data analysis, proposal writing, monitoring of Key Performance Indicators, and generating performance reports

Educational and Professional Requirements

1. A degree, preferably in Business Administration/ Studies/ Management, Engineering or Healthcare related discipline
2. Minimum 2 years in Operations/ Administration/ Data Analysis. Relevant experience in healthcare sector will be an advantage
