Job Description:

Reporting to the Deputy Director, Emergency Preparedness and Security (EPS), the executive's primary role is to ensure IMH's readiness to respond to various emergencies and maintain critical operations during disruptions.

 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support in the development of internal and external emergency preparedness exercises, including those related to civil, national, and institutional emergencies.
  • Perform secretariat duties for relevant committees, workgroups, and programs.
  • Conduct annual reviews and updates of Business Impact Analysis (BIA) in accordance with BCM policy.
  • Develop and maintain Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery plans.
  • Oversee the management of emergency equipment (e.g., dosimeters, respirators, thermal scanners).
  • Prepare and submit regular reports to MOH and stakeholders on operational readiness, logistics readiness, and emergency preparedness.
  • To undertake ad hoc/ cross functional projects including management of C3 System and Visitor Management System.
  • Be willing to be rostered for 24/7 on-call duties.
  • To perform any other duties as assigned.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Preferably 1-2 years of working experience. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle confidential information.
  • Adaptability and willingness to take on diverse responsibilities across departments.
