Senior/Executive (Emergency Preparedness)

Position: Senior Executive / Executive, Emergency Preparedness

The executive's primary role is to ensure IMH's readiness to respond to various emergencies and maintain critical operations during disruptions.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Documents and reviews emergency response plans
  • Plans and coordinates exercises to evaluate operational readiness and effectiveness
  • Manages incident reporting to relevant agencies and stakeholders
  • Coordinate and respond to emergency incidents and crisis
  • Develops and oversees pandemic and disease outbreak protocols
  • Oversees the inventory, maintenance, of emergency equipment (including dosimeters, respirators, and thermal scanners)
  • Performs secretariat duties for committees
  • Manages the implementation of C3 System and Visitor Management System
  • Performs other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Preferably 3 years of relevant working experience. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
