Senior/Executive (Emergency Preparedness)
Position: Senior Executive / Executive, Emergency Preparedness
Department: Infrastructure & Campus Development
The executive's primary role is to ensure IMH's readiness to respond to various emergencies and maintain critical operations during disruptions.
Responsibilities:
- Documents and reviews emergency response plans
- Plans and coordinates exercises to evaluate operational readiness and effectiveness
- Manages incident reporting to relevant agencies and stakeholders
- Coordinate and respond to emergency incidents and crisis
- Develops and oversees pandemic and disease outbreak protocols
- Oversees the inventory, maintenance, of emergency equipment (including dosimeters, respirators, and thermal scanners)
- Performs secretariat duties for committees
- Manages the implementation of C3 System and Visitor Management System
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree.
- Preferably 3 years of relevant working experience. Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
