Senior/Executive, Audit & Governance Management
Job Responsibilities
Audit and Governance
You will support the department in its audit and governance function to support the Hospital in audit compliance. This includes:
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to keep track of audit progress
- Support internal validation checks on internal processes
- Support staff training and produce staff training materials
- Track audit outcomes and draft reports for internal reporting to senior management
Data Protection
You will also support the Hospital's data protection efforts to ensure compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). This includes:
- Support the development, review of and implementation of internal data protection policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Support internal on data management to identify potential data protection risks activities
- Support the team’s management of internal stakeholders’ data protection queries and incidents
- Support staff training activities, including producing training materials
- Provide secretarial support during meetings and data management committee
Requirement
• Degree in any discipline
• Good interpersonal skills with pleasant disposition, able to interact with people of all levels
• Good communication skills and good writing skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
