Senior/Assistant Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis
Broad Function
Join our team to support financial planning and analysis at Woodlands Hospital. This role encompasses costing and pricing of services, productivity and efficiency analysis, budget setting, management reporting, and scenario planning for new services and programmes.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Financial Analysis & Reporting
- Analyse and report monthly departmental performance against budgets, identifying areas for improvement
- Assist in annual revenue forecasting and projection cycles
- Provide financial analytics support for value-based initiatives
Costing & Pricing
- Perform costing and pricing analysis for services, programmes, and new initiatives
- Maintain systems for service revision and creation
- Execute cost allocation cycles to ensure proper overhead distribution to departments
System Management & Quality Assurance
- Run RPA scripts to ensure patient billing accuracy and collaborate with stakeholders to resolve discrepancies
- Participate in understanding system relationships, structure, and end-to-end processes (including Costing Systemisation projects)
- Assist in system setup and enhancements, including performing User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Strategic Analysis
- Conduct feasibility studies, cost-benefit analyses, and scenario modelling for new and existing projects or programmes
- Support ad hoc projects as assigned
Job Requirements
Education & Experience
- Degree in Accountancy, Finance, Statistics, or Business Analytics
- 3-5 years of relevant work experience (fresh graduates welcome to apply)
- Healthcare industry experience with management accounting or data analytics preferred

Technical Requirements
- Proficiency in SAP and Excel (essential)
- Experience with National Billing System, Tableau, or other analytical tools preferred
