Senior / Patient Service Associate (Patient Service Centre)

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Assist Executive in Go-Live Preparation activities such as update work instructions and participate in site setup and full dress rehearsals.
  • Perform counter duties such as application of medical records,registration of elective admissions, general admission queries, referrals to Medical Social Services and etc
  • Manage patient / Next of Kin’s feedback and enquiries
  • Provide information and concierge services
  • Ensure all information is kept confidential, compliance of work policies, procedures and internal controls
  • Reconcile daily monetary transactions
  • Lead quality improvement projects and initiatives
  • Promote use of automated or self-help services
  • Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned

 

Requirements

  • Possess at least O levels with minimum 1 to 2 years of customer service experience
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Possess the ability to speak two or more languages / dialects will be an advantage
  • Organised with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work Shift Work and alternate Saturdays
