Reimagine Sourcing
- Expand outreach beyond traditional channels to tap into new talent pools.
Be a Strategic Talent Advisor
- Partner closely with hiring managers and leaders to shape hiring needs and influence talent decisions.
- Bring external insights and challenge conventional thinking to elevate hiring quality.
Deliver an Exceptional Candidate Experience
- Redesign the end‑to‑end candidate journey for speed, transparency and inclusivity.
- Ensure every interaction reflects our mission and values.
Strengthen Employer Brand
- Collaborate with Branding and Communications to position us as an employer of choice.
- Drive targeted campaigns, storytelling and external engagement across digital platforms and professional networks.
Drive Operational Excellence
- Leverage technology, analytics and automation to improve efficiency and scale.
Champion DEI
- Build diverse and inclusive talent pipelines that reflect the communities we serve.
- Embed equitable practices across sourcing, assessment and selection processes.
What You Bring
- 8-10 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition.
- Experience in high‑growth, fast‑paced or transformation environments is advantageous. Healthcare hiring experience is advantageous but not essential.
- Analytical and data‑driven; comfortable managing KPIs and using insights to improve outcomes.
- Strong storytelling capabilities and employer branding instincts.
- Purpose-driven mindset with a desire to shape the future of healthcare through people.
- Strategic thinker with strong execution discipline.
