About the Role:

Join our People & Organisation Development team and play a pivotal role in shaping organisational culture and driving transformational change in healthcare. Reporting to the Chief of People & Organisation Development, you'll work closely with senior leadership to build a resilient, change-ready organisation that delivers exceptional care whilst creating an empowering workplace for our healthcare professionals.

What You'll Do:

Organisational Development & Change Leadership

  • Lead complex organisational development interventions using evidence-based approaches across multiple system levels
  • Partner with stakeholders through the full OD cycle: contracting, designing, executing, data analysis, and evaluation
  • Design and deliver people strategies that support our vision, culture, and strategic priorities
  • Develop evaluation frameworks to measure intervention success and drive continuous improvement
  • Build internal capacity for sustainable change and improvement

Team Coaching & Translational Simulation

  • Coach teams to high performance, design and deliver translational simulation-based activities
  • Address group dynamics and conflict situations constructively to strengthen relationships
  • Design and deliver targeted team interventions that enhance collaboration and effectiveness

Capacity and Capability Building

  • Partner leaders across departments to build organisational change capability and resilience.

Change Management & Strategic Implementation

  • Co-lead organisation-wide change management projects, balancing people engagement with project delivery
  • Help stakeholders navigate complex change journeys and build change implementation capabilities
  • Design inclusive processes that engage team members in change initiatives
  • Manage multi-level stakeholder relationships across the organisation

Leadership Development & Mentorship

  • Build capacity and capabilities among leaders across departments and professional groups
  • Supervise assignments and teams whilst mentoring junior OD practitioners
  • Contribute to cross-functional projects and organisation-wide initiatives

 

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in organisational behaviour, psychology, social work, sociology, communications, or related field with at least 10 years of professional experience in OD or related change management roles. Postgraduate qualification in OD, Organisational Psychology, or certificates in established OD programmes strongly preferred
  • Strong grounding in evidence-based interventions with proven track record of leading teams, managing complex projects, and stakeholder management. Healthcare or complex organisational experience is highly valued
  • Excellent interpersonal communication, writing, and analytical skills with ability to navigate ambiguity and engage in lateral thinking
  • Resourceful team player with strong project management capabilities, flexibility for occasional extended hours, and availability for weekend workshops or client events
