JOB DESCRIPTION

 

  1. To oversee the implementation of Visitor Management System and C3 System from planning and execution to monitoring and delivery, ensuring the successful deployment of the VMS by vendor within the specified timelines and budgets.

 

  1. To be responsible for orchestrating the seamless operation of C3 command center for hospital operations, with a focus on ensuring the readiness, effectiveness, and resiliency to support mission-critical functions.

 

  1. To be responsible for the daily operation of the visitor management system.

 

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

(A)       SPECIFIC (80%)

 

  1. Project Management (C3 System & Visitor Management System)

  1. To undertake ad hoc / cross functional projects.
  2. To perform any other duties as assigned.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE

 

  • Degree with relevant experience

 

  • Senior Executive: Minimum 3 years of working experience in Healthcare with ops centre and project management experience; preferable have experience managing pandemic ops

 

  • Assistant Manager: Minimum 5 years of working experience in Healthcare with ops centre and project management experience; preferable have experience managing pandemic ops
