Senior Executive / Assistant Manager
Broad Function
To support and manage the administrative operational aspect of WORDS on all research activities within WH.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Research Administration
- Coordinate and responsible for WORDS outreach efforts including research showcases, newsletter, events, intranet and seminars/workshops.
- Provide secretariat support for research related meetings with Clinical Research Committee (CRC), Chairman Medical Board, WORDS, etc
- Main liaison for periodic collation and updates of reports such as 6-monthly CRC reporting, annual insurance collating to management and cluster level declaration in a timely manner.
- Main research representative for Data Protection and Cybersecurity related matters, Staff Welfare
- Main liaison for research related applications including the creation of Corppass, Ethics account, CITI Program, etc
- Responsible and ensure effective upkeep of research administration processes/workflows and documentations such as tracker for research department representatives, issuing of appointment letters to support research operations and ensure institutional compliance
- Primary contact for research administration queries
Research Policies
- Responsible for drafting and upkeeping of research related Policies and Work Instructions
- Supporting continuous improvement of research admin workflows and SOPs
- Ensure research documentation is current and accessible to stakeholders
General
To perform ad-hoc tasks and admin duties as assigned by the reporting officer.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education / Training / Experience
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in business, other disciplines may be considered
- At least 2 to 3 years of experience in healthcare research administration may be considered for the Assistant Manager role
- Fresh Graduates are welcome
- Experience in healthcare settings will be advantageous
