Why This Role Matters
As a Content Creator in Strategic Communications under Corporate Communications, you play an important role in shaping how Woodlands Hospital communicates with staff, patients, partners, and the wider community.
You will support the organisation’s marketing and communications strategy by producing compelling digital content for internal platforms and social media. Your work will enhance employee engagement, strengthen organisational culture, and increase awareness of Woodlands Hospital’s services and initiatives.
Working closely with the Corporate Communications leadership team, strategic communications colleagues, and stakeholders across the organisation, you will transform ideas and information into engaging multimedia content tailored for different audiences.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop original, creative, and engaging multimedia content to profile senior management, staff, and hospital initiatives
- Plan and execute end-to-end production of videos, graphics, and visual assets for internal communications and social media platforms
- Collaborate with departments and stakeholders to gather information and produce relevant, timely content aligned with organisational messaging
- Tailor content for different audiences to inform, educate, and engage effectively
- Monitor and analyse content performance across platforms and recommend improvements
- Support multiple communications campaigns concurrently, often under tight timelines
- Stay updated on digital communication trends and best practices to enhance outreach and engagement
What You Bring to the Organisation
- Strong storytelling ability and creative skills in multimedia content production
- Proficiency in videography, photography, video editing, and graphic design
- Good project coordination skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders
- Digital fluency and awareness of evolving social media trends

Mandatory Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Digital Media, Communications, Marketing, or a related discipline
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in a creative agency, social media team, or digital communications role (healthcare experience is an advantage)
- Demonstrated experience in producing video and social media content
- Proficiency in tools such as Canva, CapCut, and Adobe Premiere Pro (knowledge of other Adobe software is an advantage)
- Familiarity with major social media platforms including TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube
- Ability to work on projects with tight deadlines based on operational needs
