Senior Executive (Temp)
A. PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
When assigned and as required, in the context of achieving key strategic work objectives and targets, to perform the following functions by working closely with other departments, across our clinics, other NHG institutions and external partners/stakeholders:
- Key Health Promotion and Disease Prevention Services/Work Processes:
- Lead, oversee and/or support key health promotion, disease prevention and strategic projects, as well as services/work processes, aimed at patients, in the context of HealthierSG and optimizing population health in Northern and Central Singapore.
- Lead, oversee and/or support key health promotion, disease prevention and strategic projects, as well as services/work processes, aimed at staff, in the context of Workplace Health Promotion.
- Provide pertinent data support, monitoring, and analysis relating to the operations and performance outcomes of services and work processes.
- Administration of Patient & Family Education Materials (PFEM):
- Curate, collate and catalogue relevant PFEM, tapping on the wider expertise of other professionals within NHG Polyclinics, NHG institutions and other external stakeholders.
- Support proper oversight and co-ordination in the organization, administration and development of PFEM.
- Support the effective delivery of relevant PFEM through appropriate push and pull mechanisms in a targeted manner.
- Health Coaching & Learning Facilitation:
- Deliver selected health talks, workshops, events and other programmes in a professional and competent manner.
- General Administration:
- Support the development, general administration and delivery of the Health Promotion Corners and other Health Promotion initiatives/events in the clinics, HQ office and the community, targeting patients, staff and the general public.
- Plan and schedule updates, print materials and set up displays to support HPPC’s events, activities and initiatives.
- Source for vendors, develop briefs and manage projects for HPPC.
- Support various marketing/publicity activities as required.
- Continually seek customer feedback, evaluate and improve on the various programmes and services developed and delivered by HPPC.
- Support and serve in relevant task forces, committees and workgroups, as well as in various administrative and secretariat functions, when required.
- Contribute to strategic development and general administration, as necessary.
- Learning, Development & Supervision:
- Supervise and mentor the Health Promoting Care Co-ordinators and Executive Assistant(s), as necessary, in a range of health promotion and administrative duties.
- Attend appropriate training courses, seminars and conferences, so as to acquire new knowledge and skills and to keep abreast of new developments in relevant professional areas (to attain at least the prevailing target training hours, as required).
