Broad Function
The role of the Executive, Clinical Education, is to provide administrative support for the planning, development and management of clinical education programmes and activities in Woodlands Health. The incumbent will work closely with key programme and administrative leads and stakeholders to ensure efficient planning and execution of programmes.


Key Roles & Responsibilities
(A) Specific (60%)
1. Provide administrative support for the planning, development and management of clinical education programmes and activities in Woodlands Health, including but not limited to:
a. Pre-Employment Clinical Training;
b. Post-Graduate Clinical Education;
c. Continuing Professional Development.
2. Manage the collection, maintenance and upkeep of training data and other essential documents, including training materials, schedules, evaluations and reports, in preparation for audits by internal and external stakeholders.
3. Working closely with administrative and clinical leads in planning, implementation and evaluation of faculty development initiatives and activities.
4. Support the development of policies for clinical education and training in WH as necessary.
5. Administrative and secretariat support for clinical education and training related matters.

 

(B) General (40%)
1. Coordinate and support projects under the department’s responsibility and undertake its work with internal and external stakeholders.
2. Work hand-in-hand with P&OD team to contribute to cross-cutting projects or organisation wide projects.
3. Perform any other duties as assigned by Clinical Director (Clinical Education & Training) and supervisors.

 

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Degree qualifications preferred\
  • Preferably up to 3 years of related experience in healthcare &/or education capacity
  • Able to communicate effectively at all levels with good interpersonal skills
  • Possess a good command of the English language, both written and spoken
  • Possess good people skills iv. Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • IT / Tech Savvy, with experience in handling on-line learning or LMS vi. Data savvy and proficient with systems
  • Able to multi-task and manage projects
  • Healthcare experience an advantage
  • Able to work in a fast paced start-up like environment
