Senior Executive, Ops WSH (OHC)
Job Responsibilities:
You will work within a team to assist the Assistant Director/Manager to manage the operations of the Occupational Health Clinic and work with the Assistant Director, Ops-WSH to develop programmes and policies to support the running of the Occupational Health Clinic.
The functional role for this position is to assist the Assistant Director/Manager:
- Manage the Occupational Health Clinic (OHC) ensuring smooth operations on the daily basis.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to develop, operationalise and synergise TWSH policies and procedures to support TTSH OHC functions ensuring efficient and productivity.
- Implement and monitor operational policies and procedures in the Occupational Health Clinic
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree and above in any discipline related to healthcare.
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in healthcare industry managing clinics.
- Experience in Workplace Safety and Health and or Occupational Health is an advantage
- Good communication (oral and written and interpersonal skills
- Good people and stakeholder management skills, across organizational functions and hierarchy
- Critical thinker who is analytical, meticulous, and process-oriented
- Proficient in basic data analytics and management
- Ability to deal with ambiguity, exercise initiative, manage pressure and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
