Broad Function

To support the planning and development of smart projects in alignment to WHC’s vision and mission

 

Roles & Responsibilities

 

Specific

 

  1. Lead in the planning of innovation projects/ programmes assigned to him/ her
  2. DOKI Business partner to ops teams covering outpatient and/or inpatient and/or community areas.
  3. Work on the management of Design Thinking curriculum and content development
  4. Conduct Design Thinking workshops for internal users
  5. Assist in the planning and consensus building for smart project key deliverables and performance indicators
  6. Guide business users in tracking of project progress
  7. To provide secretariat support for smart meetings
  8. To provide secretariat support for Innovation Workgroup

 

General

 

  1. Lead the assessment of vendors/ industry partners
  2. Management of agreement documents and negotiation with other institutions/ industry partners
  3. Provide support information on potential funding sources, in collaboration with relevant agencies
  4. To support in the development of the necessary approval papers and documents
  5. All other official duties as assigned by reporting officer
 
Job Requirements
  •                      Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree with 5 to 6 years of experience
  •                     P revious training/ experience in conducting Design Thinking workshop is preferred
  •                      At least 2 to 3 year of relevant work experience with operations or service background
  •                      Healthcare experience is required
