Broad Function
To support the planning and development of smart projects in alignment to WHC’s vision and mission
Roles & Responsibilities
Specific
- Lead in the planning of innovation projects/ programmes assigned to him/ her
- DOKI Business partner to ops teams covering outpatient and/or inpatient and/or community areas.
- Work on the management of Design Thinking curriculum and content development
- Conduct Design Thinking workshops for internal users
- Assist in the planning and consensus building for smart project key deliverables and performance indicators
- Guide business users in tracking of project progress
- To provide secretariat support for smart meetings
- To provide secretariat support for Innovation Workgroup
General
- Lead the assessment of vendors/ industry partners
- Management of agreement documents and negotiation with other institutions/ industry partners
- Provide support information on potential funding sources, in collaboration with relevant agencies
- To support in the development of the necessary approval papers and documents
- All other official duties as assigned by reporting officer
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree with 5 to 6 years of experience
- P revious training/ experience in conducting Design Thinking workshop is preferred
- At least 2 to 3 year of relevant work experience with operations or service background
- Healthcare experience is required
