Job Purpose

 

  1. The executive will support the Yishun Health (YH)’s strategic growth and development in Value Based Care (VBC) under Clinical Quality, Performance and Value (CQPV). The primary responsibilities and duties also include supporting and coordinating the implementation of value-based initiatives within YH.

 

  1. The individual will collaborate with YH-wide multi-disciplinary teams, and external stakeholders such as NHG Clinical & Academic Development (CAD) and Ministry of Health (MOH) to align processes and resources planning to YH’s VBC strategy.

  1. To support the development of YH’s Value Strategy and partner stakeholders (internal & external) to translate strategic priorities into action plans.

 

  1. To oversee the implementation of Patient Reported Outcome Measures (PROMs) involving change management with patients and care providers to drive awareness & adoption.

 

  1. To be plugged into the latest VBC developments internationally/locally, and conduct literature reviews on indicators, benchmarks and best practices.

 

  1. To conduct top line analysis of data trends to identify areas for improvement.

 

  1. To provide secretariat support and/or participate as an active member in the steering committees / workgroups supported by the Department.

 

  1. To prepare presentation materials (not limited to powerpoint/dashboard/report) for management update.

 

  1. To undertake other tasks as assigned by Reporting Officer.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

 

    1. Education/Training/Experience

 

    1. A bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
    2. Well-versed with Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
    3. Relevant experience in Healthcare, Project Management and Data Analytics will be an advantage.
