Senior / Executive, Clinical Operations (Integrated Care)
a. JOB PURPOSE
The Executive/Senior Executive supports Clinical Departments within the Division of Integrated & Continuing Care with development of services and processes to ensure safe and efficient care for the patients.
a. Work with various Operations teams to drive the following areas, namely,
i. Program design, implementation, and evaluation
ii. Data collection, monitoring and analysis
iii. Procurement
b. Support the strategic planning and developing the care transition eco-system
c. Support the recruitment and capability building of volunteers.
c. MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES`
Specific
a. Main Work Streams
i. Program design, implementation, and evaluation
Support the development and implementation of Division of Integrated & Continuing Care clinical services, programs and care paths with clinicians and partners. These include:
· Model of care development
· Plan and innovate clinical operations to implement new program
· Infrastructure, manpower, analytics, technology and other requirements needed to implement the program
ii. Data collection, monitoring and analysis
· Perform data collection, data analysis and data management with the aim to streamline reporting of BAU processes
· Coordinate the data efforts required for reporting to WH Management, NHG, MOH/MOHT, and other relevant stakeholders
· To liaise with relevant stakeholders for data report submission
iii. Procurement
· Administrative and secretariat support for purchase related activities for medical and non- medical equipment including hospital wide standardization of equipment, integration between equipment and workflows, as well as management of funds
· Writing of proposal papers to facilitate approval of various stages such as pre-sourcing, evaluation and award
· Management of timelines to ensure timely follow-up and closure of key action items
iv. Strategic Development
Support the strategic planning and development effort for Continuing and Integrated Care Enterprise
· Foster partnership with key stakeholders from internal leaders from other enterprise, Clinical Leaderships, NHG HQ as well as external community partners
· Secretariat support for committee and workgroup meetings
· Plan and innovate programmes to future-proof the care transition ecosystem with emphasis on financial and process efficiencies
v. Volunteer Management
· Support the recruitment and onboarding of WH volunteers
· Collaborate with programme leads and ward staff to achieve programme objectives while ensuring a meaningful experience for volunteers.
· Develop and deliver effective training and appropriate supports for volunteers engaged in these programmes.
· Create a framework to measure and showcase volunteer impact in conjunction with evaluation team.
General
i) Where directed by Reporting Officer, and/or Director, Integrated Care, to support in other WH-related projects and tasks.
e. JOB REQUIREMENTS
i. University Degree
ii. Well-versed in Microsoft Office applications – Excel, Word, Power Point
iii. At least 2 to 4years of related experience in a similar capacity, preferably in an operations or service background
iv. Healthcare experience is a bonus
