Senior / Executive, Campus Planning and Development
1. JOB PURPOSE
The Senior Executive will be part of the Campus Planning and Development (CP&D) team to drive the development of the Vibrant Campus (WHealth, WHearts, WHeal, WHome) roadmap and implementation, public engagement plan as well as sustainability integration for project and change management in Woodlands Health (WH).
Under the direction of the Senior Manager/ Manager, he/ she will coordinate with external (e.g., Ministry of Sustainability and the Environment, Ministry of Health, National Healthcare Group (NHG), community partners, industry players, etc.) and internal stakeholders to drive innovation and develop programmes, services, and initiatives to position WH to achieve healthcare excellence and be a Vibrant Campus in the next phase after opening.
2. MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Specific
a. Programme development
i. Support in the landscape review and understand challenges faced by clinical and ops teams to identify opportunities for change and improvement
ii. Support the forward planning and development of the Vibrant Campus roadmap for the next 5 years, with prioritisation based on the problem statements, potential contribution to WH’s key result areas, and in line with national and cluster directions
iii. Support collaboration with NHG, other partners of learning institutions and industry players through the adoption of healthcare and sustainability frameworks and good practices, and its successful implementation
iv. Support the implementation plan for roadmap, including identification of clinical or ops lead for respective programme/ project
v. Develop strategic partnership with key partners for collaboration to co-develop, validate solutions and capability building of WH staff; possibly through the establishment of Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)/ Service Level Agreement (SLA), as appropriate
b. Public Engagement
i. Support the development and execution of the plan towards the creation of a Vibrant Campus through public forums and events
ii. Establish a yearly calendar to provide a range of events public that could engage staff and public focus in the themes of Community, Health, Art, and Green
iii. Develop and fine tune policies and guidelines to facilitate the organisation of events by WH departments, external partners/ vendors, particularly those which are held within WH campus
iv. Support WH departments in the organisation of programme to ensure smooth implementation, including the role as emcee/ moderator, content creator/ writer
v. Work with Corporate Communications to develop relevant engagement and publicity materials
vi. Oversee collection, analysis and reporting of data/ info required for administrative, planning, resource allocation and decision-making purposes
c. Project and Change Management
i. Participate in high-level project deployment meetings with leadership team, contribute fresh perspectives and valuable input to drive forward community engagement and sustainability initiatives
ii. Facilitate integration activities, leads and drive projects in policy implementation through ideation, enhancing workflows, analytics, enable adoption of tools, harmonizing top-down policy objectives with bottom-up feasibility
iii. Identify opportunities and assess feasibility to initiate and implement projects in WH; to be surfaced for approval at the relevant platforms before implementation
iv. Support with the development of communication and learning materials for internal and external audiences (e.g., website, social media, electronic direct mail, etc.)
v. Assist in the launch and management of key community engagement and sustainability projects, ensuring projects are executed efficiently and effectively
vi. Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure comprehensive end-to-end planning and implementation of the projects to raise awareness, encourage participation, etc.
vii. Oversee management of projects – tracking of progress and relevant procurement processes, consolidate operational data, create pivot tables, support the analysis of findings, and present actionable insights to drive continuous improvement
viii. Ensure performance of the projects, responsible for proper documentation, reporting and review of processes, coordinate on evaluation
ix. Monitor key performance indicators and budget/ resource utilisation, while ensuring resources are used optimally within approved funding/ budget
General
i. Provide secretariat support for CP&D related meetings/ training sessions. Duties include (but not limited to) scheduling and coordinating meetings, preparing meeting materials, minutes taking, circulation of agendas/ reports/ approved minutes and follow through of agreed actions
ii. Involved in quality improvement of initiatives and department processes
iii. Perform ad-hoc duties as and when assigned/ required
3. JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education / Training / Experience
i. Possess a recognised degree in any discipline with at least 4 years of working experience preferred
ii. Prior experience in project and change management will be an added advantage

v. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools – Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
