Senior Exec/Asst Manager (Academic Clinical Programme), 2 years contract

Overview: 

The Senior Exec/Assistant Manager will provide critical support for education, research, and innovation initiatives within the Academic Clinical Programme (ACP). This role will primarily focus on education program development, curriculum coordination, stakeholder engagement, and administrative support while also assisting in research and innovation initiatives as needed. Additionally, he/she will be responsible for compiling and reporting on the progress, achievements, and challenges of education, research, and innovation initiatives to AHS management, ensuring strategic alignment and leadership oversight.

The incumbent will support residency program in collaboration with LKCMedicine/NTU to ensure effective implementation. Additionally, the role will help to develop and manage training programs for rehabilitation professionals to improve rehabilitation care and expand capabilities in community settings.

Senior Exec/Assistant Manager will also facilitate expansion of ACP initiatives across NHG institutions, including KTPH and WH, while ensuring efficient reporting, outreach, and collaboration with internal and external partners.

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Support the development and coordination of residency program in collaboration with LKCMedicine.
  • Assist in developing and expanding rehabilitation education programs and initiatives.
  • Facilitate the organization of workshops, training sessions, and educational outreach programs to enhance learning opportunities.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support for curriculum planning, accreditation processes, and faculty coordination.
  • Support publicity, reporting, and expansion of ACP education and research initiatives across NHG institutions, including KTPH and WH.
  • Compile and submit reports to AHS management on the progress, achievement and challenges of education, research and innovation initiatives to ensure leadership oversight and alignment with strategic objectives.

Job Requirement: 

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, or a related field.
  • Experience in education program coordination, research administration, or academic support roles.
  • Strong understanding of curriculum development, accreditation processes, and training program administration.
  • Familiarity with rehabilitation education, healthcare research, and professional training frameworks is an advantage.
