Senior / Engineer (System Operation), Facilities Management (2 Year Contract)
Broad Function
The candidate reports to the Senior Manager, FM (Electrical & Building Technologies team) and assist in the planning and operations of the Integrated Control Centre (ICC) to support the hospital facilities operate smoothly.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Oversee the operation of the integrated control centre and ensuring 24/7 operational readiness of essential M&E and building services. Ensure prompt service recovery for any breakdown of equipment and system, to minimise disruption to hospital service operations.
- Implement and manage improvements for process control and workflow by evaluating timelines, resources, and complexity of tasks for control centre operation such as escalation and emergency response; conduct drill and exercise for ICC operation; workflow management such as Service request and/or maintenance.
- Manage and oversee the integrated building management system (IBMS) and ensure system operational.
- To oversees and provide timely report for fault alarms, water & energy utilisation, Permit-To-Works, dashboard update (data visualisation).
- Audit and monitor the performance standards of outsourced Managing Agent operation within ICC.
- Perform any other duties assigned by HOD.
Job Requirement
Education / Training / Experience
- Electrical and Electronic or Mechanical or System Engineering or Facilities Management Degree holder with 0-4 years of related working experience in similar portfolio for Engineer.
- Electrical and Electronic or Mechanical or System Engineering or Facilities Management Degree holder with 5-6 years or (Diploma with at least 10 years) in similar portfolio for Senior Engineer.
- Experience in maintenance of Mechanical & Electrical system & equipment.
- Prior experience in management of facilities operation in mission critical facilities will be an advantage.
- Prior working experience in healthcare setting will be an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office
- Trained and obtain certificate in Site Emergency Management or Incident management or Fire Incident in Workplace or equivalent will be an advantage
