The Senior Assistant Manager/Assistant Manager in Group Clinical Education plays an integral role in shaping high-quality clinical education that supports our people, partners and patients in NHG Health. You will contribute to the governance, development and innovation of clinical education, uphold robust frameworks and systems, and drive initiatives that elevate the quality and impact of clinical education within the cluster.
Key Responsibilities:
Governance, Policy and Strategic Planning
- Contribute to the development, formulation, review of clinical education policies, MOUs and Agreements.
- Support governance reporting and management reviews to ensure high standards of accountability and strategic alignment.
- Align education initiatives with cluster-wide priorities and direction.
Faculty Management and Recognition
- Drive and support the development of faculty appointment schemes in NHG Health.
- Administer faculty recognition initiatives and teaching awards at both cluster and institution levels.
- Enable faculty growth and competency by facilitating development opportunities, including conference sponsorship and postgraduate studies.
- Foster an engaged educator community.
Projects & Growth Opportunities
- Participate in cluster and inter-departmental/cross-team projects that advance NHG Health’s vision and strategic objectives.
- Project assignments will be thoughtfully matched to your strengths, aspirations and developmental goals.

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education/Training/Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline with at least 2 years of work experience; postgraduate qualifications are an advantage.
- Experience in education administration, clinical education or workplace learning is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; skills in IT systems, data management or data analytics are an added advantage.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
