About the Role

 

This is a Contract role. We are seeking a passionate and proactive individual to join our team in promoting workplace psychological wellness, staff resilience, and employee engagement. This role involves planning, coordinating, and supporting initiatives that foster a positive and healthy work environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

Workplace Psychological Wellness and Staff Resilience

 

  • Support the planning and execution of daily WellCARE operations, workshops, and activities.
  • Coordinate and disseminate communication related to WellCARE initiatives.
  • Provide administrative support for the induction and onboarding of new peer supporters.

 

Employee Engagement & Wellness

 

  • Assist in sourcing, coordinating, and supporting employee engagement and wellness programmes and initiatives.
  • Manage communications for engagement and wellness programmes.
  • Collect, collate, and analyse employee feedback and suggestions.
  • Gather data and prepare reports on engagement and wellness initiatives.
  • Provide operational support in executing initiatives aimed at strengthening employee engagement and wellness.

 

Admin Support to Union

 

  • Provide administrative and logistical support for organizing dialogues, roadshows, trips, and sales of subsidized vouchers/tickets for union members.
  • Attend and support meetings, events, and training courses at HSEU HQ and NTUC as required.
  • Coordinate monthly Branch Meetings and maintain accurate records of IR cases.
  • Handle IR grievance forms and document enquiries from members for escalation.
  • Offer basic advisory and guidance to members on IR cases and enquiries.
  • Process new NTUC membership forms and update member details in the system.
  • Support recruitment efforts (e.g., roadshows and staff orientations) to grow membership base.
  • Provide administrative support for HSEU programmes and attend to phone calls and walk-ins on union-related matters.

 

 

Requirements

 

Education & Experience

 

  • Diploma in Human Resources, Psychology, Social Work, or related field with 1–2 years of relevant experience.
  • Prior experience or qualifications in counselling, case management, or employee wellness programmes preferred.
  • Familiarity with employment law, HR policies, and regulatory practices.

 

Skills

 

  • Proficient in digital tools and platforms (MS Office, social media, database systems).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in event planning and logistics coordination.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
