Senior Assistant Manager
The staff will support the Population Health Management (PHM) leadership by serving as a critical liaison between research teams, institutional partners, and funding bodies to ensure the successful execution of population health research initiatives. This role encompasses comprehensive programme management from conception through completion, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and institutional standards whilst providing essential operational support to research teams. The staff contributes strategically to programme development and partnership facilitation to advance evidence-based, scalable population health research that aligns with organisational objectives and secures sustainable funding.

Programme Management and Development
Oversee the end-to-end management of research projects and grants, ensuring adherence to deliverables, timelines, and budget requirements.
Contribute to the development of programme proposals and strategic documents that articulate research programme objectives and deliverables to secure support from senior management and funding from internal and external sources. Support the creation of programme prospectuses and engagement materials.

Administrative and Secretariat Support
Support the preparation of regular updates and briefings for senior management on research progress, milestones, and key developments.
Provide comprehensive administrative support to research teams, including file management, progress tracking, and documentation assistance for grants and contracts. Serve as secretariat for research meetings and coordinate project-related meetings across various stakeholders.
Support researchers in navigating regulatory and administrative processes, including DSRB submissions, funding opportunity identification, and access to internal research resources. Maintain and update internal platforms with current research-related information and facilitate resource access

Partnership and Collaboration Development
Facilitate strategic partnerships and multi-disciplinary collaborations with healthcare institutions, academic institutions, and research partners both locally and internationally.
