Senior / Assistant Manager, Data & Process Innovation Analyst - Virtual Service Centre
What you'll do as a Data and Process Innovation Analyst?
As a Data and Process Innovation Analyst, you will drive operational excellence and innovation across at Virtual Service Centre (VSC). You will leverage data analytics and process improvement methodologies to enhance patient experience, streamline operations, and support digital transformation initiatives across the NHG’s polyclinics and healthcare institutions.
Data Analysis & Insights
- Collect, process and analyse large datasets to identify trends, patterns and insights
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (e.g. patient satisfaction, service efficiency, wait times)
- Conduct statistical analysis to support business decisions and strategic initiatives
- Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders
Data Management & Quality
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity and consistency across systems
- Design and implement data collection processes and validation procedures
- Maintain and optimise databases and data systems
- Document data processes, methodologies and findings
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Partner with business units to understand analytical needs and requirements
- Present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Support ad-hoc analytical requests and business intelligence initiatives
- Provide training and guidance on data interpretation and self-service analytics tools
Process Innovation & Improvement
- Map processes to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks
- Implement improvements to enhance patient journey and operational efficiency
- Identify opportunities to automate reporting and analytical processes
- Develop business cases and implementation plans for innovation initiatives
- Contribute and lead workshops using Lean, Six Sigma or Design Thinking if needed
- Keep up with emerging analytics tools and support data capability development
What You Bring
- Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics and other relevant disciplines.
- 2-5years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Fresh Graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, vLookup, Ifs, Formulas etc) is a must.
- Equipped with data analysis & visualisation skills (Tableau &/or PowerBI).
- Coding skills such as SQL, Python and Macro will be advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to present complex data clearly.
- Self-motivated with ability to manage multiple priorities.
