Retail Executive
Job Purpose
You will assist the Pharmacist in managing the retail operations which include customer service, inventory management, merchandising, housekeeping, cash handling and retail administration. You will provide supervision to the retail assistants, senior retail assistants, retail supervisor and promoters working in the retail pharmacy. You will assist the Pharmacist in the analysis of the performance of the retail pharmacy and work with the Pharmacist to achieve retail targets.
Job Responsibilities
Operational:
- Supervise the daily operations of the retail pharmacy
- Provide quality customer service
- Ensure proper handling of cash in the pharmacy
- Ensure that housekeeping standards are met
- Maintain store security
- Maintain equipment used in the pharmacy
- Supervise inventory management
Inventory
- Supervise inventory management
- Ensure proper merchandising of products
- Maintain condition of stock
Administration
- Monitor sales performance
- Maintain proper records
Others
- Store Visits
- Staff Training and Development
- Coach and supervise team members
- Supervise the promoters to ensure that they adhere to the code of conduct
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer
- Involve in work place improvement projects/ activities as and when required
Job Requirements
- Diploma or foreign pharmacy degree holder with supervisory experience in retail pharmacy
- Enthusiastic, adaptable and highly motivated team player with good supervisory, communication and management skills.
