Retail Assistant
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist with processing online customer orders, generating correct shipping documents and labels
- Pick and match retail products for online orders
- Check product quality and pack orders according to shipping guidelines and timelines
- Assist with billing online orders when required
- Repack and label bulk stocks for retail pharmacy sales
- Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of packing stations, retail pharmacy displays and stock storage areas
- Perform merchandising to ensure adequate stock levels on the shopfloor and first-expiry, first-out rotation
- Assist with routine stocktakes and cycle counts of retail items in various locations
Job requirements:
- NITEC or Diploma holders
- Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in similar retail setting
