Retail Assistant

Roles & Responsibilities:                                                                                                               

• Assist with processing online customer orders, generating correct shipping documents and labels
• Pick and match retail products for online orders
• Check product quality and pack orders according to shipping guidelines and timelines
• Assist with billing online orders when required
• Repack and label bulk stocks for retail pharmacy sales
• Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of packing stations, retail pharmacy displays and stock storage areas
• Perform merchandising to ensure adequate stock levels on the shopfloor and first-expiry, first-out rotation
• Assist with routine stocktakes and cycle counts of retail items in various locations      

Job requirements:

• NITEC or Diploma holders
• Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in similar retail setting
