Resource Planner
To provide resource planning services to support referral access to care in Specialist Outpatient Clinic.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
(A) Specific
- To support patient’s access to care in the Outpatient Clinic. This includes receiving and facilitating appointment related queries from Contact Centre, Wards, A&E etc
- To assist and support scheduling of clinic’s first visit referrals
- To support executive/ manager in reducing first visit appointment lead time and to improve first visit capacity
- To support executive/ manager in managing first visit no-show rate
- To assist in non-NGEMR transcribing work; including liaising with other clinics/hospitals where necessary
- Maintain confidentiality of patient's information and adhere to PDPA guidelines
(B) General
- To continuously seek improvement to improve customer and patient satisfaction.
- Attend continuing education and training on regular basis to maintain one's competency
- To undertake other duties when assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS
(A) Education, Training and Experience
- Minimum GCE ‘N’/ ‘O’ Level or equivalent
- Possess positive attitude, initiative, and keenness to learn
- Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
- Experienced in Resource Planning for NGEMR will be an advantage
