Job Description
Project Carer Matters 2 aims to establish a hospital-to-home framework to better support caregivers of older adults in the Central Health Region. A major thrust of this project is the digitalization of solutions to increase accessibility and utility to seniors and their caregivers.

Over the course of this project, the candidate will work together with the project’s evaluation, operations and development arms to assist in the planning, preparation and execution of the delivery and evaluation of the project. This will entail both the critical review of associated literature and field recruitment, data collection and follow-up of patients and their caregivers in the hospital and community settings.

Job Scope:
- Identify and recruit participants
- Collect data from participants and conduct analysis
- Manage, track and clean data and analyse indicators
- Identify trends in data and coordinate with project team to applied findings to improve service
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate delivery of service
- Perform literature reviews, report and manuscript writing

Requirements:

- Recognised tertiary qualifications, social science graduates with psychology or sociology degree are preferred. 
- Experience in field data collection
- Comfortable with field data collection with older adults, both in person and over teleconsultation
- Experience in recruitment and management of research participants, statistical knowledge is an advantage
- Good writing skills
- Proficient in English. Mandarin and dialect knowledge is an advantage
- Team player with strong organisational and interpersonal skills
