Job Description:
To support the coordination and implementation of research projects related to Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) training and for a generative AI-based intervention for individuals with subsyndromal depression.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conducting participant assessments and interviews
- Managing data collection and ensuring data quality
- Supporting ethics documentation and monitoring
- Support training sessions
- Conducting literature reviews
- Assisting with statistical analyses
Training will be provided in all key areas, including assessments, interviewing techniques, and data analysis. Motivated individuals will also have the opportunity to lead independent projects within the broader research theme.
Requirements:
Competency
- Experience with statistical analysis or programming languages would be advantageous.
- Resourceful and able to work independently.
- Good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
Educational and Professional Requirements
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in psychology, Public Health, or a related field
- Experience with data management and multivariate statistical analysis is advantageous
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
