Research Assistant / Research Officer

We require a Research Assistant to perform the following responsibilities:

 

You will be required to recruit participants, administer interviews, and coordinate other research-related activities such as maintain participant logs and databases. Additionally, you will be involved in preparatory work for new research projects. You will also be required to assist the team in running basic analyses and preparation of research reports.

 

Relevant training will be provided when necessary. There will be opportunities to present research findings at local or international conferences. 

 

Kindly note that experienced candidates may be considered for the Research Officer position instead.

 

Requirements

  • At least a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Public Health or Social Sciences
  • Experience in research and quantitative/qualitative data analyses would be advantageous. Entry level candidates with academic research may be considered.
  • Good command of English. Proficiency liaising in other languages or dialect-speaking associates will be an advantage.
  • Resourceful and able to work independently and intensively to meet deadlines.
  • Good communication skills and a team player.
