Job Description:

You will be working with Head (Infrastructure Planning & Development) to drive the construction of building and infrastructure projects to successful completion and handover to the users.

 

 

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee the planning, execution and completion of construction works for the building and infrastructure projects;
  2. Monitor projects closely to ensure project compliance to contract specifications, safety/authorities’ regulations, quality workmanship and timely completion;
  3. Work closely with a team of consultants and contractors to achieve desired outcomes;
  4. Carry out site inspections and progress meetings regularly;
  5. Handover to the users upon completion of construction; and
  6. Perform any other duties assigned in the Department.

Educational and Professional Requirements

  1. Recognised degree in Engineering, Construction/Building Management or equivalent.
  2. At least 15 years of proven working experience in project/construction management in building or interior design works.
  3. Experience in healthcare sector and/or facilities management (maintenance) and/or Mechanical & Electrical engineering know-how will be an advantage.
