Programme Executive (Stroke Rehab Ecosystem)
About the Programme
The Stroke Rehabilitation Ecosystem aims to enhance the quality of care for stroke survivors in Singapore. With stroke being a leading cause of death and disability, this program seeks to bridge gaps in rehabilitation services, ensuring a seamless transition from hospital to community care.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement the Stroke Rehabilitation Ecosystem.
- Facilitate collaboration and build relationships among hospitals, community organizations and patients.
- Serve as a primary point of direct administrative contact and liaison with other offices, individuals, external institutions and community organisations.
- Coordinates and work with programme coordinators to meet the recruitment requirement.
- Track programme outcomes and adjust strategies based on data and feedback.
- Work closely with Funding Organisation in administering approved funding/budgets and financial reporting.
- Ensure proper documentation and record keeping of relevant policies, agreements, procedures and processes.
- Equipped with an understanding of the programme operations and to provide secretarial and administrative support for meetings.
Qualifications
- Degree holder.
- Relevant experience in healthcare programme management is an advantage.
Skills
- Resourceful, innovative with good problem-solving skills.
- Strong coordination and communication abilities.
- Proficient in data analysis and project management tools.
The successful candidate will be offered a contract position, with possibility of an extension subject to project funding. High performing candidates may be emplaced permanently on suitable positions within the department or larger Operations Division, subject to availability of vacancies towards the end of the contractual period.
