About the Programme

The Stroke Rehabilitation Ecosystem aims to enhance the quality of care for stroke survivors in Singapore. With stroke being a leading cause of death and disability, this program seeks to bridge gaps in rehabilitation services, ensuring a seamless transition from hospital to community care.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement the Stroke Rehabilitation Ecosystem.
  • Facilitate collaboration and build relationships among hospitals, community organizations and patients.
  • Serve as a primary point of direct administrative contact and liaison with other offices, individuals, external institutions and community organisations. 
  • Coordinates and work with programme coordinators to meet the recruitment requirement.
  • Track programme outcomes and adjust strategies based on data and feedback.
  • Work closely with Funding Organisation in administering approved funding/budgets and financial reporting.
  • Ensure proper documentation and record keeping of relevant policies, agreements, procedures and processes.
  • Equipped with an understanding of the programme operations and to provide secretarial and administrative support for meetings.

Qualifications

  • Degree holder.
  • Relevant experience in healthcare programme management is an advantage.

  • Resourceful, innovative with good problem-solving skills.
  • Strong coordination and communication abilities.
  • Proficient in data analysis and project management tools.
