HEALS ICU seeks to integrate humanistic care into ICU upon patient admission which cultivates a sense of connectedness rooted in kindness and empathy. By embedding palliative care into the core of ICU operations, the programme aims to enhance patient and family experience, ensuring their emotional and psychological needs are addressed alongside with their medical care.
 
HEALS ICU offers incumbent an unique opportunity to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, working closely with ICU physicians, nurses and palliative care specialists to integrate humanistic care into daily patient management. The programme fosters partnerships to provide emotional and psychological support and holistic care for patients and families. By engaging with research and ethics teams, HEALS ICU also contributes to advancing best practices in compassionate ICU care, ensuring that dignity, empathy and patient-centered decision-making remain at the heart of critical care.

 

Your role as an Executive for the HEALS ICU Programme includes, but not limited to the following:

  • To facilitate the implementation of a comprehensive programme aimed at enhancing experiences or capability building of stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes. 
  • To provide operational and administrative support in collaboration with the programme leadership in the coordination, implementation and evaluation of various initiatives.
  • To be responsible for the operational aspects of the programme, ensuring that all processes are executed to meet the programme's objectives and enhance overall performance.
  • To actively support the programme in achieving all relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and ensure alignment to organisational goals.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
  • Self-driven and independent with strong initiative
  • Resourceful with effective problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in data analysis, project management tools, and Microsoft suite
  • Familiarity with concepts of budgeting and corporate administration
  • Relevant experience in the healthcare experience would be advantageous

 

* The successful candidate will be offered a 2-year contract, with possibility of an extension for a further 2 years (total 4 years). High performing candidates may be emplaced permanently on suitable positions within the larger Operations Division, subject to availability of vacancies towards the end of the contractual period.
