NHG is one of the three sponsoring institutions in Singapore to offer the residency training programmes for doctors pursuing postgraduate medical education. The Senior Executive / Asst Manager in Residency Ops performs the role of a programme coordinator in supporting the assigned Programme Director to manage the residency training programme.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in programme accreditation and management;
  • Administer and maintain a conducive educational environment;
  • Plan and organise the resident recruitment and selection exercise; and
  • Assist with faculty appointment and development.

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS

(a) Education/Training/Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree with minimum 3 years of work experience
  • Prior work experience in the education administration or healthcare industry is an advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is essential
  • Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English
