Product Manager, HEAL
JOB SUMMARY
The Product Manager for AI Solutions is responsible for overseeing and having a strong understanding of the entire lifecycle of AI enterprise solutions across the National Healthcare Group (NHG) ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance with ethical standards. This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, including data scientists and stakeholders, to deliver effective AI solutions that enhance operational efficiency and meet user needs.
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- AI Solution Selection: Collaborate with Track leads, GDH, and users to identify and define AI solutions that meet business and operational requirements.
- Ethics and Governance Compliance: Ensure AI solutions adhere to ethical guidelines and governance standards.
- Workflow Integration: Facilitate the integration and adoption of AI solutions within existing workflows in partnership with Change Management teams.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of AI solutions and drive data-driven improvements.
- Documentation and Training: Collaborate with GDH and Data Scientists to document technical details and ensure user training materials are current and accessible.
- Incident Response: Develop and manage an incident response process to address and track issues effectively.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful development and deployment of AI solutions, fostering collaboration and innovation.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate effectively with stakeholders regarding project progress, challenges, and outcomes, ensuring prompt resolution of issues.
- Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with Data Scientists to iterate on AI solutions based on user feedback and performance metrics.
- Industry Awareness: Stay informed on advancements in AI and ML technologies, advising management on potential implementation risks and improvement opportunities within the organization.
- Collaboration with Regulatory Bodies: Engage with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations related to AI in healthcare.
- User-Centric Design: Advocate for user-centric design principles in the development of AI solutions, ensuring that products are intuitive and meet user needs effectively.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks associated with AI solutions and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
- Reporting and Analytics: Develop and present reports on AI solution performance and outcomes to senior management and stakeholders.
- Innovation and Strategy Development: Contribute to the strategic direction of AI initiatives within the organization, fostering a culture of innovation.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, engineering, business administration). A master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner) is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in software product management, preferably in the tech / healthcare industry.
- Proven experience in product management in user space, particularly in AI or technology-driven environments.
- Familiarity with AI technologies, machine learning concepts, and data analytics tools to effectively communicate with technical teams.
- Strong understanding of AI ethics and governance, especially in healthcare settings.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights for AI solutions improvement.
- Familiarity with product and project management methodologies and tools.
- Strong focus on understanding customer needs and translating them into AI solutions features and enhancements.
- Strong negotiation skills to manage stakeholder expectations and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to use analytics tools to derive insights and inform decision-making.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and pivot AI solutions strategies as needed.
- Understanding of cultural differences and the ability to work effectively in diverse teams.
- A commitment to continuous learning and staying updated on industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Experience in a healthcare setting is advantageous
