Physiotherapist - Community Rehabilitation Programme (CRP)
We are looking for candidates interested to work in home therapy setting. He/she must enjoy working with adults who may have complex rehabilitation needs for example neurological, musculoskeletal/orthopaedic or psychogeriatric conditions.
Main clinical duties will include the following:
- Carry out assessment and treatment for all clients referred to home therapy.
- Work out and implement the individual care plan and treatment goals for the clients.
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to review clients' progress with other team members.
- Link clients to appropriate community resources.
Other professional duties will include the following:
- Participate in or lead projects, for example, development of new services for patients or collaborative projects with partner organisations.
- May conduct/participate clinical research or service evaluation studies.
- Supervise/ train Therapy Assistants (TAs), students, volunteers and caregivers helping in relevant areas.
In addition, senior staff can be expected to take on leadership roles, drive improvements, service developments as well as supervise junior staff, or provide clinical supervision for undergraduate PT/OT/medical/nursing students attached to the service.

Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Physiotherapy recognized by Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC).
- Full Registration with AHPC.
- Commitment in delivering excellent service in the community.
- Ability to work well in a multidisciplinary team and maintain good relationship with community partners
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
