Pharmacist
- MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop, maintain, and help to troubleshoot issues from pharmacy applications and automation systems (i.e.: Next Generation Electrionic Medical Record (NGEMR), National Harmonized Integrated Pharmacy System (NHIPS) and Billing Transformation (BT)).
- Analyse and interpret data to improve patient outcomes and department goals. Collaborate with healthcare professionals, internal and external stakeholders to optimize medication use and facilitate change management.
- Provide training and support to pharmacy staff on information systems
- Ensure the pharmacy systems’ processes are developed in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Work closely with System Support Team and Pharmacy Users on system implementation, enhancement, troubleshooting and issues evaluation.
- Facilitate business continuity, quality monitoring and ensure dependability of systems for the smooth operations
- Stay up to date with emerging technologies and trends in pharmacy informatics
- Other duties as assigned
- JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education / Training / Experience
- Bachelor or master’s in pharmacy
- Minimum 2 years of clinical working experience in Pharmacy Practice, health IT/ projects.
- Strong data analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse and disseminate large amount of information with attention to detail and accuracy
- Prior Epic certification/ pharmacy informatics will be an added advantage
- Ability to initiate, deliver and drive initiatives to completion with minimal supervision
- Strong team player, eager learner and problem-solving skills with excellent project and people management preferred
Professional License
- Fully registered with Singapore Pharmacy Council
- Certification for Epic modules such as Willow, Beacon, or Cogito is desirable
