Pharmacist - NCID

At NCID Pharmacy(both outpatient and inpatient settings), You will be responsible for :

• Providing safe, and  timely distribution (dispensing) of drugs, review and deliver drug therapy to achieve optimal  pharmacotherapeutic outcome for the patient.
• Providing clinical services to ensure medication use is optimized for patients.
• Assisting in the daily operations of NCID pharmacy to meet standards and targets set by department, including small to large scale outbreak management

Requirements

• Full registration with Singapore Pharmacy Council OR Full registration in the country of attained qualification (required to undergo 3-6 mths pre-registration training)
• Bachelor Degree / Masters in Pharmacy
• Able to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Good written and communication skill
• Position is available in both NCID Outpatient and Inpatient Pharmacy
