Patient Service Associate
Contract Type: 1 Year Contract
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Assists to oversee the smooth and efficient running of the clinic counter
- Attends to patients' enquiries, provide directions and assist with clarifications
- Assists in patients' registration, billing, and Medisave applications
- Makes appointments for follow-up patients
- Assist with doctors' requests and procedures / screening
- Brings patients to clinics for evaluation / consultation when required
- Assists in transporting & collection of Laboratory specimens / medication
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Assistant Manager or Senior Executive
Job Requirements:
- GCE 'N' Level and above
- At least 1 year of direct frontline customers' service experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
