Patient Service Associate

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Assists to oversee the smooth and efficient running of the clinic counter
  • Attends to patients' enquiries, provide directions and assist with clarifications
  • Assists in patients' registration, billing, and Medisave applications
  • Makes appointments for follow-up patients
  • Assist with doctors' requests and procedures / screening
  • Brings patients to clinics for evaluation / consultation when required
  • Assists in transporting & collection of Laboratory specimens / medication
  • Performs other duties as assigned by the Assistant Manager or Senior Executive


Job Requirements:

  • GCE 'N' Level and above
  • At least 1 year of direct frontline customers' service experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
