Patient Service Associate

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Oversees the smooth and efficient running of the counter services
  • Attends to patients' enquiries, provide directions and assists with clarifications.
  • Assists in checking in and billing of patients accurately
  • Assists with doctors' requests relating to patients' management
  • Ensures that all patients' documents are scanned in and filed away securely
  • Provides financial counselling to selected patients
  • Ensure stocks at cashier counter and stationeries are well stocked
  • Monitor clinic queue, consultation waiting time and intervene with service recovery
  • Assists in clinic surveys with PR department

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum qualification of GCE O’level
  • 1 year of frontline customers’ service experience
  • Advantage to have cashiering experience
