Patient Service Associate
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Oversees the smooth and efficient running of the clinic counter
- Attends to patients' enquiries, provide directions and assist with clarifications
- Assists in registration and billing of patients accurately
- Makes appointments for follow-up patients
- Assists patient with Medisave application / financial counselling
- Assist with doctors' requests relating to patients' management
- Preparation of consultation rooms
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Assistant Manager or Senior Executive
Job Requirements:
- GCE 'N' Level and above
- At least 1 year of direct frontline customers' service experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
