Patient Service Associate
As a Patient Service Associate, you will be expected to deliver friendly, efficient customer serviec and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all of internal and external customer / patients witht he key aim of providing excellent patient care.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assists to oversee the smooth and efficient running of the clinic counter
- Attends to patients' enquiries, provide directions and assist with clarifications
- Assists in registration and billing of patients accurately
- Makes appointments for follow-up patients
- Assist with doctors' requests
- Assists patient with Medisave application
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Asst / Clinic Operations Executive
Job Requirements
- GCE 'N' Level and above
- At least 1 year of direct frontline customers' service experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
