Patient Service Associate

As a Patient Service Associate, you will be expected to deliver friendly, efficient customer serviec and create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all of internal and external customer / patients witht he key aim of providing excellent patient care.

 

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assists to oversee the smooth and efficient running of the clinic counter
  • Attends to patients' enquiries, provide directions and assist with clarifications
  • Assists in registration and billing of patients accurately
  • Makes appointments for follow-up patients
  • Assist with doctors' requests
  • Assists patient with Medisave application
  • Performs other duties as assigned by the Asst / Clinic Operations Executive

 

Job Requirements

  • GCE 'N' Level and above
  • At least 1 year of direct frontline customers' service experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
