To provide clerical and operational support in Telehealth Team such as reception services including patient registration, scheduling appointments, billing, enquiries, and reporting.

 

Requirements

•          GCE ‘N’/’O’ Level or Diploma holder

•          Service-oriented, confident and have a passion for helping others

•          Good communication and interpersonal skills

•          Technologically adept and proficient in navigating digital communicating systems and platform

•          Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
