MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1) Attend to patients' enquiries and provide any clarifications
2) Provide relevant service information to walk-in patients
3) Provide assistance for patient who need help with self-registration kiosk
4) Provide assistance in Trolley Cases Management at the ambulance drop off bay
5) Provide assistance in the distribution of Medical Report
6) Ensure general maintenance of work station
