Patient Service Associate Executive

Responsibilities

To provide clerical and support functions in the assigned block as well as the reception services including patient registration, scheduling appointments, billing and enquiries.

 

Requirements

  • GCE ‘N’/’O’ Level or Diploma holder
  • Service-oriented, confident and have a passion for helping others
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Able to work on Saturday every 3 monthly (From 8am to 12 pm)
  • Able to work flexible start time from 8am, 9am, or 10am with latest end time at 7.30pm
  • Comfortable to work in ward settling which is non-airconditioned Candidates with relevant experience could be considered for a Senior role
