Patient Service Associate (EDFC)
Responsibilities:
Incumbent will be required to perform multiple tasks of patient registration, deposit collection and provide financial counselling.
Handling of decant transfers of patients to other hospitals and other adhoc administrative matters relating to patients' admission.
Requirements:
- Diploma in any discipline / GCE 'A' or 'O' Lvel / Higher NITEC / NITEC in any disciplines
- Preferably with frontline / customer service experience
- Proficient in MS Excel
- Able to work in a fast paced enviroment and multi-task
- Require to don PPE and N95 mask when situation calls for the need to
- Able to perform 3 rotating shifts on 6 day work week including weekends and public holidays
